Warm reception at Naim Chinese New Year open house
KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies’ Kuching Open House event here yesterday attracted a large crowd which was eager to be part of its fun Chinese New Year 2017 celebration.
Held at the group’s Sapphire On The Park condominium site at Batu Lintang Road, the event featured an array of exciting activities including lion dance performances and a feng shui talk.
The highlight of the event was the opportunity for guests to get a firsthand view of the current work progress of its first condominium tower, the Naim Sapphire Classic, and its new show units situated on the 4th floor. Due to the encouraging response towards Naim Sapphire Classic, Naim Sapphire’s second condominium tower, Naim Sapphire Deluxe was also opened for registration.
Naim’s chief executive officer for property Lee Han Ming said Naim Sapphire On The Park as a whole offered various benefits to owners and investors alike.
“For the units, we have embarked on the ‘semi- detached’ concept for better layout. In addition, various features have also been incorporated to encourage more natural ventilation and lighting.”
Naim Sapphire also has the benefit of being part of the Naim Kuching Paragon integrated development, a vibrant new landmark which introduces multifaceted lifestyle experiences and a strategic location, being 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away from Kuching City and the airport.
“With a range of built- ups catering to different lifestyle needs, coupled with its lush landscape, tropical minimalist concept epitomising chic resort living and over 72,000 sq ft of lifestyle facilities, owners and residents are able to savour a different world of living within a secured environment. In fact, Naim Sapphire On The Park offers Kuching first ever Olympic-sized saltwater pool for its residents,” Lee said.
One of the guests at the event, surnamed Sim, was visibly impressed with the development.
“I’m happy with the work progress and impressed with the majestic lobby. Due to its high ceiling, it is luxurious in space, bright, at the same time cooling, providing freedom of mind,” Sim remarked, adding that the new show units were no less impressive.
“The units provide a good fusion between space, function and design, with quality finishes, suitable for me and my family. They also evoke a sense of warmth and congeniality, comprising furniture with sleek lines and calming colours. To put it simply, they are so ‘me’!” Sim said.
Another guest, surnamed Ong, who hails from Singapore, opined Naim Sapphire offered a complete package.
“Singapore has come a long way in terms of condo developments, so we can be quite fastidious when it comes to such developments. Besides security, Naim Sapphire is also located at a strategic location within an integrated development, with quality finishes, demonstrating the developer’s commitment to quality. It’s definitely something worth considering, be it to stay in or as an investment proposition,” said Ong.
In addition to Naim Sapphire, guests also had a chance to find out more about the group’s affordable apartment development located at Desa llmu, Kota Samarahan known as Naim Eduvista.
“Located within the vibrant education belt comprising institutions of higher learning such as Unimas ( Universiti Malaysia Sarawak) and UiTM ( Universiti Teknologi Mara), with more than 15,000 students, this 4storey apartment development is also situated within close proximity to amenities such as medical centres and a shopping mall. Affordably priced from RM350,000 per unit, this presents an attractive proposition for both owners and investors,” Lee explained.
