Tecktonic to launch sales gallery tomorrow
KUCHING: Property developer Tecktonic & Sons Holdings Sdn Bhd (Tecktonic) is launching its newly renovated sales gallery at the 3rd Mile Exchange on the fifth day of Chinese New Year (February 1) at 11am.
The said launching of showroom will be graced by Padawan Municipal Council chairman Lo Khere Chiang.
As the launching coincide with Chinese New Year, there will be lion dance, free food and free draught beer to be served. There will be 1,000 angpows to be given away, ranging from a minimum RM10 to a maximum of RM100, plus a discount voucher of RM10,000.
The said event is from 10am until 5pm and is open to the public based on a first come, first serve basis.
“To commensurate the launching, we are giving a 10 per cent rebate for two new projects which are the apartment and townhouse in Forest Hill at Sungai Maong, as well 28 units of threestorey shophouses in 2 Cinta near Matang underpass,” it said in a press release yesterday.
Tecktonic’s other projects including the upcoming Roxy project at 3rd Mile with an expected completion date of June 2017.
The project consists of a 60-room boutique hotel for its front block, with an upscale fushion restaurant on its seventh floor. The rear block comprises 48 units of serviced apartment furnished with aircond, water heater, wardrobe and cabinets, washing machine and fridge.
There are five units of the apartment and one unit of retail shop available at this point of time.
The REX at BDC is another project by Tecktonic, located after Everise Supermarket. This is a Balinese style apartment and there are six lifts serving 95 apartment units.
Each apartment is allocated with one basement car park and the extra car can park on the open parking area on the ground floor. There is an indoor pool, laundry, cafeteria, hair saloon, gym, mini market and multi purpose hall on the ground floor. There are about 10 units left and the expected completion is year end.
Meanwhile, the ZEN66 project at 3rd Mile is another from Tecktonic, designed with a Japanese zen theme in mind. There will be an indoor pool, gym, laundry and multi purpose hall. The expected date of completion is by June 2018.
Another project is Fulton Park which has 78 units of apartments, of which there is six units of duplex apartments with double storey concept. Its duplex unit comes with a private car park and remote control roller shutter.
The design of the apartments is contemporary and modern. There is an indoor swimming pool, gym, multi purpose hall and a laundry that comes with it. To date the piling had been completed, and the expected date of completion will be by June 2018.
Also, its 3 Cinta shophouses at Matang a 3 storey commercial shophouse project, and the buildings is 100 per cent completed. Tecktonic said it is expecting to receivethe Occupation Permit by March 2017.
“The first 3 lots are mega sized units which are purposed built for restaurant. There is a lift inside for convenience. It is available for sale or rental,” it said.
“For the project (3 Cinta), there are still two units available for sale.”
Meanwhile, Aiman 2 is a continuation of Aiman 1 consisting 80 units of 3 storey shophouses and a wet market. Aiman 1 consists of 124 units of shophouses (completed) and a shopping mall with a foot print of 150,000 sq ft.
“Aiman Mall will be officially opened in April 2017. To date, we had completed the piling for Aiman 2, and the expected date of completion is by June 2018.”
