KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies is seeing strong interest among property hunters in its ‘Sapphire On The Park’ project site at Jalan Batu Lintang here, which hosted a seemingly never- ending streams of visitors during its open house recently.

One of the visitors, named Goh, said he decided to see for himself the new show units after hearing about them from his relatives who had visited the site earlier.

“I feel Naim has brought the standard of condominium living up another notch – setting a benchmark of sorts for Kuching. The show units are simply amazing – a good combination of class, style and functionality. Also worthy of mention is the majestic lobby. Due to its high ceiling, it is ‘luxurious’ in space, bright and at the same time, cooling – providing this ‘ freedom of mind,” said Goh.

Another visitor named Lynn was visibly impressed by the show units.

“I was happy with the range of built-ups made available, suitable for different lifestyle needs. The show units have also provided me with great interior design ideas,” Lynn remarked.

According to Naim chief executive officer for property Lee Han Ming, the show units are available for viewing till Feb 5 – thereafter, any visit can only be made via appointment.

“We’re surprised by the large number of turnouts. The new ‘Sapphire On The Park’ show units were very well-received. We also achieved good sales for the condominium units,” he said.

Lee also assured those who did not have the chance to see the show units that they could head to the project site between 9am and 6pm on weekdays, and 10am- 5pm on weekends.

He also said Naim Sapphire as the property that offered ‘complete package for owners and residents’.

“In terms of designs, Naim has embarked on the ‘semidetached’ concept for better layout, complemented by lush landscapes that epitomises chic resort-living.

“Various features have also been incorporated to encourage more natural ventilation and lighting.”

Moreover, Naim Sapphire offers a whopping 72,000 square feet of lifestyle facilities, ensuring a different world of living within a secured environment.

It is also equipped with the city’s first- ever Olympic-sized saltwater pool for residents.

Investment-wise, Naim Sapphire also has the benefit of being part of the Naim Kuching Paragon Integrated Development – a vibrant new landmark that introduces multifaceted lifestyle experiences and strategic location, being 10 to 15 minutes’ drive from the city centre and Kuching International Airport.
