KUCHING: Those who have yet to visit Naim Group of Companies’ Sapphire On The Park condominium development at Batu Lintang Road here are invited to do so on Feb 18 and 19 (Saturday and Sunday) from 10am to 5pm.

Naim’s chief executive officer for Property Lee Han Ming said this additional public preview was organised due to the tremendous response from members of the public towards its Sapphire Classic show units.

“Firstly, we would like to thank the Kuching community for the tremendous support towards our show units. We were overwhelmed with the praises and encouraging comments about these show units.

“Indeed, our Naim Sapphire development was conceptualised with our community’s lifestyle needs in mind. With a range of built-ups, stylishly designed living spaces, more than 72,000 sq ft of lifestyle facilities and multi-tiered security, residents will be assured of comfortable and affluent living within a secured environment.”

In addition, Naim Sapphire is located within the Naim Kuching Paragon integrated development — a prime location, which adds value to its investment potential.

“As such, do come, and also stand a chance to win our lucky ‘ang pow’ worth RM888 each,” Lee said.

Meanwhile, three lucky winners have already walked away with their ‘ang pow’, the result of their visit to the Naim Sapphire show units last weekend.

One of the winners, Tity, who also bought a Naim Sapphire unit, said the win was a pleasant surprise.

“I’m happy with this great start! I’m indeed impressed with the development, which is

strategically located. Although the development is still under construction, the lobby already looks grand. It will definitely look even better when it’s completed,” she said.

Tity added the developer’s reputation and track record were also important in any property purchase.

“I bought Naim Sapphire because Naim has a good track record and reputation as a solid developer.

“This is important to me,” she said.
