Registration, briefing on PR1MA Pending this weekend

KUCHING: Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Pending in collaboration with Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia will be holding a registration and briefing session on PR1MA (1Malaysia Housing Project) Pending housing development at SUPP headquarters’ Sa’ati Hall this weekend from 12.30pm to 5.30pm tomorrow (Feb 25) and from 10am to 3pm on Feb 26.

Members of the public are welcome to drop by the two- day event where they will be able to learn more about the process of applying for a housing unit at PR1MA Pending, which is located in Bintawa near here.

The party branch through a statement yesterday said among the services that will be provided during the event include loan eligibility assessments through Bank Negara and PR1MA registration.

“PR1MA officers will also be present to assist prospective homeowners with application and purchase enquiries,” it said, adding that there will also be a briefing and Q& A session at 1pm tomorrow and at 11am on Feb 26.

Those interested to apply for PR1MA are advised to bring along their MyKad, pay slips and banks statements for the most recent three to four months.

PR1MA is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 21 and above with either individual or combined monthly household income ranging between RM2,500 to RM15,000.

Each proposed housing unit at PR1MA Pending ranges between 948 square feet up to 1,158 square feet while facilities include a systematic management office, multi-purpose hall, daycare centre as well as kindergarten.
