Ming Garden Restaurant offers signature dim sum platters
MIRI: Ming Garden Restaurant at Jee Foh Road here is serving a wide array of its signature dim sums as well as special lunch and dinner sets.
Priced between RM8.80 and 15.80 per basket, the dim sum selection comes with a variety of exquisite flavours like ‘ Yam and Scallop’, ‘Siew Mai King’, ‘Cheese Seafood Puffs’, ‘Crab Claws’, ‘ Thai- Style Fish Dumplings’, ‘Prawn and Corn Balls’, ‘Majestic Abalone’ and ‘Char Siew Dumpling’.

The restaurant is dishing out dinner packages that c ome with special promotion prices of RM258, RM428, RM528 and RM668.
Suitable for four to six persons, the signature dishes on the menu of these dinner packages include ‘Hot and Cold Four Combination’, ‘Fish Maw Thick Soup with Crab Meat’, ‘Sweet and Sour Black Pomfret’, ‘Steamed Chicken With Wine’, ‘Stir-Fried Prawn with Garlic Sauce’, ‘Stirfried Broccoli with Mushroom’ and ‘Yong Chou Fried Rice’. In addition, the restaurant also serves daily set meals – priced at RM38, RM58, RM88 and RM158, according to selections – which are suitable from one up to six persons.
Delicious food need not to be expensive. For instance, the RM38 set meal serves ‘Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet’, ‘Bean Curd with Minced Meat’, ‘ Marmite Boneless Chicken’, ‘Stirfried Vegetables’ and the ‘Soup of the Day’. Patrons may also order chicken, beef, lamb, seafood, pork and vegetables cooked in various styles and flavours from the restaurant’s a la carte menu.
One of the restaurant’s specialities is its Roasted Suckling Pig. For the price of RM328 (dinein) or RM368 (takeaways), the item include one whole pig plus four dishes suitable for 10 people.
