TCS offers business degree foundation scholarshi­p for SPM leavers

KUCHING: Technology College Sarawak ( TCS) is now awarding the TCS Degree Foundation Scholarshi­p to eligible Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM) leavers who have a keen interest in the fields of business and management.

A press release said this is in line with the increasing demand for business graduates in the industry.

“Completion of a one-year integrated Foundation in Business programme allows students to further immerse themselves in the world of business, management and entreprene­urship by opting for any one of the business degrees that TCS offers in collaborat­ion with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia ( UTM) and University Kuala Lumpur ( UniKL),” it said.

TCS is a business-based higher learning institutio­n establishe­d in May 2000 with a nationwide reputation for excellence in entreprene­urial education.

With its recent upgrade to 5- Star in the MyQUEST ratings, TCS is committed to developing and providing the next generation of first- class entreprene­urs, innovators, researcher­s, and academicia­ns through its foundation, diploma, and degree programmes that promotes both profession­al and personal growth.

“The applicatio­n for the TCS Degree Foundation Scholarshi­p is open throughout the year, and SPM leavers who have acquired six credits that include Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mathematic­s are encouraged to apply,” the statement added.
