Acer Malaysia unveils laptop for work, leisure

KUCHING: Acer Malaysia has unveiled a laptop designed for both work and leisure; the Acer Aspire VX 15 laptop.

In a statement, Acer Sales & Services Sdn Bhd director of Products, Johnson Seet, said as the market leader in the industry, Acer was known for products with meaningful innovations and superior performance.

“Our products are designed to improve usability, meet the real needs of the customers, both for work and leisure, and these include innovating devices for the gaming community,” said Seet.

Acer Malaysia said the Acer Aspire VX 15 laptop, powered by the latest seventh Gen Intel CoreTM i7 HQ processor, offers an exceptional performance with lower battery consumption.

Aspire VX 15 delivers a powerful punch thanks to its edgy gaming design, enhanced cooling capabilities and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050/1050 Ti1 graphics.

The Aspire VX 15 features large cooling vents and an edgy red chassis while the iron red backlit keyboard makes sure gamers are always striking the right notes during gameplay.

Speed is also a notable attribute of the memory system, offering up to 16GB DDR memory out of the box and can be user-upgradeable to a maximum of 32GB. Storage is provided by a 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD.

Keeping all this running at optimal temperatures are the dual fans, installed to ensure however much you push it during a gaming session, the laptop is up to the task and will support supersmooth gameplay.

That gameplay experience is further supplemented with highdefinition audio with Dolby Audio Premium, as well as Acer TrueHarmony sound and Skype for Business certification, and boasts great visual clarity with a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS screen.
