KUCHING: To mark its seventh anniversary on Sunday, Pullman Kuching organised an all- day long programme with hotel guests participating in various activities.

Since its opening, Pullman Kuching has been highly committed to delivering personalised and memorable service to savvy leisure and business travellers alike through close collaboration with the owners, guests and staff.

This has been an ongoing journey that will continue to position Pullman as one of the leading hotels in Kuching. The seventh anniversary celebration reference of “Pullman Anniversary @ 77” will adopt these values and incorporate the number seven to commemorate the hotel’s seventh year in operation.

During yesterday’s programme, guests who registered to participate were assisted by the hotel staff. Upon registration, guests received a wristband and a ‘ passport’ for access to all venues and to chart the guest’s participation in the activities of the day for a reward. All these entitlements were available from 7am to 7pm.

The fee for each passport was priced at RM77, providing real value for money and entitling the participant to a welcome drink at Déjà Vu; breakfast buffet at Puzzle; Hi-Tea Brunch buffet at Puzzle; unlimited dim sum at Nu Er Hong; unlimited pastries, cookies, cakes at Café Chat; happy hour at all hotel outlets; a Pullman gift from the Wheel of Fortune; and a lucky draw offering a free stay at one of these Asian countries, namely China, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

To validate the passport, participants were required to visit all seven outlets to obtain a stamp from each outlet as stated in the passport. Only passports that fulfilled this process will be eligible for the lucky draw entitling the winner to a free stay at an Accor hotel in one of the seven aforementioned Asian countries.

Participants had a wonderful time with friends and family to great music and 5-star service.

Also in conjunction with the celebration, the hotel is offering a 70 per cent discount for its Executive Suite from March 24 to 31. This is applicable to direct bookings with the hotel only.

Other ongoing programmes at the hotel which guests can sign up for are the Le Club membership— an Accor loyalty programme in which members are entitled to collect points from every stay and to redeem the points for room stay or airline mileage.

Guests can also pre-register for the food and beverage loyalty programme and participate in the Planet21 Tumbler programme to enjoy more benefits every time a guest returns to the hotel again. More information on these initiatives is available from a counter in the hotel.

“This is the first such activity and concept organised for our guests and I hope our valued guests out there will take this opportunity to enjoy the hotel facilities and services in a fun way with their friends and family,” said Charles Choi, the hotel’s general manager.
