Fion Poon’s con­cept store opens at Metro­jaya Mid Val­ley

KUALA LUMPUR: Metro­jaya is proud to an­nounce the grand launch of Fion Poon’s first con­cept store at Metro­jaya Mid Val­ley Mega­mall.

The 615 sq ft store stands out with its dis­play of high heels, hand­bags and ac­ces­sories that will surely ex­cite fash­ion­con­scious in­di­vid­u­als.

The in­te­rior of Fion Poon’s store is el­e­gant, fash­ion­able and in­di­vid­u­al­is­tic, of­fer­ing cus­tomers a col­lec­tion of the finest qual­ity mer­chan­dise.

Fion Poon stud­ied un­der fa­mous de­signer Datuk Jimmy Choo for eight years and has started two lines of shoes and hand­bags made from batik and songket – the tra­di­tional art and wear in Malaysia.

She in­cor­po­rates her­itage into the fash­ion scene.

The store was launched by none other than her men­tor Datuk Jimmy Choo who pre­sented the exclusive Metro­jaya x Fion Poon mem­ber­ship cards to all its VIP mem­bers.

At­ten­dees were treated to free mem­ber­ship which al­lows them to col­lect points with ev­ery pur­chase at Metro­jaya in­clud­ing 10 per cent dis­count on all Fion Poon mer­chan­dise.

Known for mak­ing unique and com­fort­able footwear, Poon has ven­tured into cre­at­ing her ver­sion of Her­itage Col­lec­tion made from batik, songket and other tra­di­tional art and wear in the hope of ex­pos­ing Malaysia to the world through in­di­vid­u­ally- de­signed and cus­tomised sets of footwear and hand­bags.
