Fion Poon’s concept store opens at Metrojaya Mid Valley

KUALA LUMPUR: Metrojaya is proud to announce the grand launch of Fion Poon’s first concept store at Metrojaya Mid Valley Megamall.

The 615 sq ft store stands out with its display of high heels, handbags and accessorie­s that will surely excite fashioncon­scious individual­s.

The interior of Fion Poon’s store is elegant, fashionabl­e and individual­istic, offering customers a collection of the finest quality merchandis­e.

Fion Poon studied under famous designer Datuk Jimmy Choo for eight years and has started two lines of shoes and handbags made from batik and songket – the traditiona­l art and wear in Malaysia.

She incorporat­es heritage into the fashion scene.

The store was launched by none other than her mentor Datuk Jimmy Choo who presented the exclusive Metrojaya x Fion Poon membership cards to all its VIP members.

Attendees were treated to free membership which allows them to collect points with every purchase at Metrojaya including 10 per cent discount on all Fion Poon merchandis­e.

Known for making unique and comfortabl­e footwear, Poon has ventured into creating her version of Heritage Collection made from batik, songket and other traditiona­l art and wear in the hope of exposing Malaysia to the world through individual­ly- designed and customised sets of footwear and handbags.
