Sarawak Furniture Industry Association to hold AGM, election

KUCHING: The Sarawak Furniture Industry Association ( SFIA) will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) and 13th committee election on April 30 at the association’s premises in Batu Kawa New Township.

SFIA president Lai King Min Lai called on all members to attend the AGM to strengthen the association.

“SFIA was established in 1993, has been in existence for more than 20 years. I also hope that more companies and enterprises will apply to be members of SFIA to benefit from the activities organised by the association, such as the Sarawak Furniture & Home Expo and related activities to expand the local furniture industry,” he said after a meeting on March 24.

Among those present at the meeting were secretary Lee Nyuk Min and treasurer Vooh Foh Jin.
