National Science Challenge 2017 opens registration to Form 4 students
KUALA LUMPUR: The National Science Challenge 2017 (NSC 2017) has opened its registration to all Form 4 students nationwide.
Organised by the Academy of Sciences Malaysia ( ASM), the premier science competition aims to provide a platform for talented young students to shine and strenghten their talent beyond the classroom.
ASM in statement yesterday said teams that make it to the semi-finals would face a series of activities that will challenge them to use Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics as basis to come up with solutions to global problems.
Champions of the competition will receive the Prime Minister’s Challenge Trophy and get a chance to witness the prestigious Nobel Prize Awards ceremony and Nobel Lectures during a week-long study visit to Stockholm, Sweden. — Bernama
