KUCHING: Members of the public who visited the Naim Group of Companies’ ( Naim) Lifestyle and Investment Property Roadshows in Sibu and Miri recently have given their thumbs- up to the group’s exciting property developments.

Naim in a statement yesterday said though the roadshows in Sibu and some in Miri have concluded, the roadshow at Permy Mall, Miri was still ongoing while another roadshow at Park City Mall in Bintulu will be held from tomorrow (April 7) until April 9 from 10am to 10pm.

Its head of Group Sales and Marketing Tony Lau expressed his gratitude for all the great support which contributed towards making the roadshows a success.

“The turnout at the roadshows was very encouraging. We would like to thank all for taking the time to visit us.

“For those who have not managed to do so, they can still visit our sales galleries and show units in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu for more information about our properties. Don’t forget to find out how you can also reward yourself with return air tickets to Bali for two,” he said, adding that this offer ends on April 9.

Meanwhile, a visitor who viewed Naim Kuching’s Sapphire On The Park condominium show unit at Jalan Batu Lintang who was only identified as Chong spoke favourably about the development.

“When I arrived, I was greeted by its grand lobby which has a high ceiling. This gave me a sense of space and peace. I was also made to understand that the development boasts more than 72,000 square feet of facilities, which is pretty impressive.

“I particularly liked the Naim Sapphire Classic show units. With its semi- detached conceptual layout, there is both space and functionality. The nice interior design definitely gave me great ideas. All these, coupled with its good location, make it a good investment,” he remarked.

Another visitor who was only identified as Melissa expressed her interest in the Naim EduVista apartments at Desa Ilmu, Kota Samarahan.

“I’m seriously looking at Naim EduVista. With its reasonable price and strategic location within Kota Samarahan’s education zone and in close proximity with facilities such as malls and medical centres, it has great potential,” she said.

In Miri, roadshow visitor Liew was happy with Naim SouthLake Permyjaya’s Naim Garden Villa single- storey semi- detached houses.

“As it is located within Naim SouthLake Permyjaya, it is surrounded by a beautiful landscape, including a nice lake. There is also a clubhouse where we can enjoy a good range of facilities.

“The Garden Villa has a nice modern design, including a big car porch which can accommodate up to six cars. This is a dream house for me,” he said.

Another visitor at the group’s Miri roadshow identified as Ting was looking at the Naim Pusat Bandar shophouses.

“I feel the shophouses have great potential, as they are OPready ( occupation permit) and located within the vibrant and fast-growing Naim Bandar Baru Permyjaya township. Definitely worth considering,” he said.

On the other hand, Tan who viewed Naim Bintulu’s Street Mall, a component within Naim Bintulu Paragon integrated development, was excited with the development.

“Naim Bintulu Paragon clearly offers a complete package. In terms of location, there is no other place better than this, which is within the town centre. Naim Bintulu Paragon has everything— Sarawak’s largest Street Mall and tallest condominium tower called ‘ The Peak’, interesting Small Office Versatile Office ( SOVO) unites and even Malaysia’s first ever Fairfield by Marriott Hotel.

“I think Naim Bintulu Paragon is poised to be the new and exciting lifestyle centre,” he said.
