Samsung launches another Brand Shop for best products, services
KUCHING: Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd launched its second Samsung Brand Shop in collaboration with Siong How Electrical and Electronic Sdn Bhd yesterday.
The brand shop retails a wide range of innovative products including televisions, mobile phones and home appliances.
It aims to serve as a one- stop shop for Samsung customers by providing best products and services.
“This is the second Samsung Brand Shop in collaboration with Siong How Electrical and Electronic; the first being in 2011,” Samsung Malaysia Electronics head of consumer electronic business, Jimmy Tan Chee Wee said at the launch of the Samsung Brand Shop at Siong How Electrical and Electronic in MJC Batu Kawa.
He revealed a total of eight Samsung Brand Shops in the state inline with their vision to provide products and services to local consumers.
Tan said the opening of the Samsung Brand Shop is a step forward in their plan to expand to other regions in Malaysia.
“Our aim is to continuously expand our channel coverage, providing consumers a revolutionary digital experience. Furthermore, implementation of various retail support activities is in the pipeline to improve customer loyalty and deliver the best brand performance,” he added.
Siong How Electrical and Electronic Sdn Bhd managing director Lo Kok How who was present at the launch said the collaboration with Samsung would fulfill the growing demand of consumers.
“It gives us immense pleasure and pride to be part of the Samsung family and be the channel to bring consumers towards converging technologies,” he added.
In conjunction with the opening of the Samsung Brand Shop, Siong How Electrical and Electronic Sdn Bhd will be holding an in- store RM99 promotion on selected microwave ovens and vacuum cleaners as well as extended warranty up to five years on selected models of air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines.
They are located at BF 102-104 (Samsung Brand Shop - BF103), Batu Kawa New Township, Jalan Batu Kawa, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak.
The brand shop is open from 9am to 6pm daily.
