-

KUCHING: Those eyeing to acquire properties in Perth, Australia can head on over to the Juste Land International roadshow today, running from 10am to 6pm at Hilton Hotel Kuching.

According to Juste Land International sales and marketing director Jeff Khoo, the group also covers other cities in Australia but is highlighting Perth this time as there has been a demand for properties there.

Juste Land, in collaboration with international property developer Frasers Property, is presenting apartments very near the Perth Central Business District (CBD) and in Cockburn, as well as landed property in Port Coogee, which is among Australia’s finest waterfront communities featuring contemporary landed coastal town homes in multi awardwinning estate.

Ideal for a holiday or as a retirement sanctuary, it is a short drive from Fremantle, Murdoch University and Cockburn Central. The houses are also conveniently located next to Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre. The apartments across the CBD come with world-class facilities, and are near to Queens Gardens, WACA Stadium and Trinity College.

Meanwhile, the Cockburn property lies within walking distance from Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre and is a train-stop away from Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University.

Properties are completed and prices start from AU$350,000. If you put down a booking fee this weekend, Juste Land would provide a free flight to Perth so you can personally inspect what you are about to buy.

Khoo adds that Perth has been insulated from the global financial crisis and due to shortage of labour, has the lowest unemployment rate of all major cities in Australia. Those interested in acquiring properties in Perth can visit the roadshow at Rajawali Room on the first floor of Hilton Hotel Kuching, where Juste Land’s team of experts will walk potential investors through every step of the process.
