Company sponsors pledge cards for Dynasty Run 2017

MIRI: Lensin Printing & Trading is sponsoring pledge cards for Dynasty Run 2017.

The charity run organised by Dynasty Hotel is entering its 14th year and will be held on July 9 at the said hotel from 6.14am onwards,

“Lensin Printing & Trading has always been a loyal supporter of the charity run since its inception in 2003. We wish to thank them for their contributi­on as well as thank other sponsors for their continuous support and active participat­ion in making this run a successful event,” Dynasty Hotel acting general manager Ho Poh Chin told a press conference yesterday.

Ho added that they were looking forward to more people taking part in the charity event.

“By being part of the event, not only will we help the poor and needy in our community but also to promote a healthy lifestyle for all,” she said.

The run which is now open for registrati­on features a number of categories — 10km Men Open, 10km Women Open, 10km Men Veteran, 10km Women Veteran, 10km Junior Boy, 10km Junior Girl, 3.5km Family Girl, 3.5km Family Boy and 3.5km Fun Run.

Early registrati­on is available from now until May 28 at RM55 per pax for the 10km and 3.5km Fun Run categories while fees are RM110 (two pax) for the 3.5km Family Girl and Family Boy categories.

Pledge cards and entry forms are available at the Dynasty Hotel reception counter, Share Tea ( Boulevard Commercial Centre) and Bulatan Park canteen. Online registrati­on is available via http:// bulatanpar­krunnerscl­ub.com/ dynastyrun. The closing date for registrati­on is June 5.

Meanwhile, the presentati­on ceremony for the ‘Gawai Goodies Giveaway’ annual charity event held in conjunctio­n with the Gawai festival to distribute Gawai goodies to the poor and less fortunate will be held on May 23 at 9am at the hotel.

Minister of Welfare, Community Well Being, Women, Family and Childhood Developmen­t Datuk Fatimah Abdullah is expected to officiate at the event.
