KUALA LUMPUR: Watsons presented its new brand look to stay relevant and in-trend with customers’ needs.

The fresh and vibrant look as part of the new rebranding approach by Asia’s leading health and beauty retailer also showcase a glittering star- studded fashion show revealing the all new Watsons store staff uniform as part of its initiative to be relevant to its customers and further strengthen the message of ‘ Look Good, Feel Great’.

“With more than 420 stores nationwide and serving more than 4 million customers a month at the stores and online, it is our responsibl­e to continue to be relevant for our customers’ need and at the same time providing exclusive and innovative products.

“This new look is a holistic approach to provide a better shopping experience for our customers from our stores’ look and feel, customer service, product innovation and enhancing Watsons own product label,” said Caryn Loh, general manager and country head of Watsons Malaysia in her opening speech to business partners and members of the media.

With this new look, Watsons will continue to leverage on its positionin­g as the number one beauty and health retailer in Asia to help every customer to look good and feel great – both inside and out by addressing their health and beauty needs in store and online.

Caryn added, “Watsons will want to continue to be relevant every day to our customers and at the same time injecting the energetic values that are positive, optimistic and upbeat to help our customers to feel good. At the same time, Watsons will be the expert in health, wellbeing and beauty where customers can trust us on.”

Watsons Malaysia unveiled the all new Watsons store staff uniform for the first time to the public and paraded by local celebrity friends including Fuying and Sam, Amber Chia, Alvin Chong, Arja Lee, Husna Mustaffa and Kit Mah.

This new look will continue to further elevate the fresh and energetic image of Watsons to the customers, and continuing its success of a holistic shopping experience at the store.

Thesenewun­iforms will be rolled out in Watsons stores nationwide in the coming months.

“We are giving our customers more reasons to visit our stores where we offer good ranges and products for customers. And at the same time, we reward our loyal customers through our loyalty programme with exclusive deals and member’s only opportunit­ies in store and online,” said Danny Hoh, customer director, Watsons Malaysia.

To encourage new members to sign up as Watsons VIP Card member, customer can look forward to receive RM300 worth of Watsons vouchers, 500 VIP Points upon activation and RM5,000 worth of health club, dining, travel, beauty and lifestyle reward vouchers.
