See Hua Marketing to hold Miri Trade Fair 15

MIRI: See Hua Marketing Sdn Bhd ( SHM) will hold the 15th Miri Trade Fair ( Mitraf 15) from today (July 6) until Sunday in collaborat­ion with Bintang Megamall.

There will be 75 booths offering products and services ranging from electrical and electronic items, to kitchen and sanitary ware, tools and equipment, home improvemen­t, security solutions, property developmen­t, hardware, lighting, general trading, repairs and maintenanc­e, food and beverages, informatio­n technology, consumer goods, beauty and slimming, telecommun­ications, motor vehicles, education, accessorie­s, handicraft­s, personal care, financial planning, bridal, and time-sharing services.

A mini food fair themed ‘ Let’s Eat’ will feature local delicacies.

Part of the proceeds from a sale at the See Hua counter will go to charitable bodies.

There is also the Riam Road Secondary School education fair and the Pei Min Middle School gallery.

The Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo, and See Hua Daily News subscriber­s and readers can also take part in a three- day giveaway.

Those who produce their latest three months’ subscripti­on receipts (April to July) or yearly receipt at the See Hua counter at noon can redeem either a packet of Mee Daddy ( Friday), Choco Chips (Saturday), or Haryana Rice – 350 grams ( Sunday) – on a first come, first served basis with 100 sets each day.

There will also be purchase with purchase items offered at the See Hua counter for shoppers who buy a minimum of RM50 at the participat­ing outlets.

Today (July 6), there will be a karaoke show by Miri Senior Citizens Service Centre members starting 10am, and 3D Art Design competitio­n by Riam Road Secondary School at 7pm.

Tomorrow (July 7), Zin Ying Choreo and Dancing Group members will hold a singing show at 10am followed by a Kelab Peminat Lagu Tai Lian Miri concert.

Miri Mayor Adam Yii is scheduled to open Mitraf 15 at 3.30pm.

Robin’s Song Singing competitio­n organised by Miri New System Entertainm­ent Society will begin at 5.30pm.

The Pei Min Middle School orchestra will perform on Saturday at 10am, followed by a Buffalo cookware cooking demo.

Astro Classic Golden Melody 2017 champion Marcus Yong Keak Ee will promote his latest album at 3.30pm, while a children’s dancing and singing competitio­n by Xiao Dou Ya, and a dance show by Unity Dance Troupe will be held at 4pm and 7pm respective­ly.

On Sunday, a children’s singing show by C& L Singing Training Centre will begin at 10am, while the ‘ Disney Prince & Princess Impersonat­ion Competitio­n’ will be at noon.

A parent- child cake decoration competitio­n by the Hua Zong Miri Women’s wing will be at 2.30pm.

Astro Classic Golden Melody 2010 runner-up Tang Wing Huat will hold an album promotion tour at 5.30pm, and a children’s talent and singing show by Tadika Miri will be at 7pm.

See Hua Group’s booth will hold e-paper and print newspaper promotions, as well as assist with subscripti­on matters.

The main sponsor of the fourday trade fair is United Fusion Sdn Bhd.

Those who spend a minimum of RM300 on a deposit or booking fee for a motor vehicle or property, or minimum RM100 (multiple receipts allowed) within the same day at participat­ing booths can register at the See Hua service counter for the lucky draw.

There are 32 prizes including a cooker hood sponsored by United Fusion, air conditione­r, refrigerat­or, and spin-mop set.

Mitraf 15 is endorsed by the Miri City Council and is open from 10am to 10pm daily.
