JW AirFlow Yoga Studio offers anti-gravity yoga workout

SIBU: JW AirFlow (TM) Yoga Studio next to the Sungai Merah Riverfront-facing main road offers the much talked about Airflow Yoga which is a new evolution of the anti-gravity yoga, designed to bring safe and effective workout from basic to advanced yoga practtione­rs.

According to James Wong of JW AirFlow Yoga Studio, they provide a safe and effective workout with well-thought sequence of flow exercises from foundation­al workouts to building strength on the weak areas of the body and eventually bring your strength to the next level of workout, backbends, balancing and inversion.

Wong is a yoga trainer affiliated with Yoga Alliance (USA), the Stott Pilates Instructor - Injury and Special Population (Rehabilita­tion), Yoga Anatomy Teacher Trainer, a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist (Perth Western Australia)specialisi­ng on physio-exercises, spine manipulati­on and nerve rehabilita­tion and a Myofascia trigger point and Advanced Movement Release Therapist @ IICT (Internatio­nal Institute of Complement­ary Therapists associate member)

His other certificat­ions included the Les Mills-certified Body Balance, the Les Mills Certified Body Pump and the Les Mills Certified CXWORX.

“Among the top health benefits of Airflow Yoga include the total body workout - due to the nature of Airflow Yoga movements, almost all the body parts are forced to move and stretch. Muscles are toned and redefined, and joints are regenerate­d and strengthen­ed due to these movements.

Wong said it also gives a spinal therapy and heals back problems
