Youth chief Joseph Chieng said the event was held to promote goodwill and a healthy lifestyle among members. He said the get- together was also aimed at bringing in friends to let them have an insight into the party.

“We are now recruiting youths to pump in new blood to strengthen our party. SUPP is a party that has struggled for Sarawak and Malaysia. We are working with the people and we welcome youths with zeal to join us in our tasks.”

Chieng called on the participants to focus on their get-together for goodwill.
