Quest for talent in Miss Tiny Tot Boulevard Contest
KUCHING: Looking for a platform for little girls to showcase their talent?
The Miss Tiny Tot Boulevard Contest will be held in November and December.
The contest will be the first of its kind to be jointly organised by Boulevard Shopping Mall Kuching, Boulevard Hypermarket Kuching, Beat Dance & Vocal Studio and Phil Art Photography.
A purchase of RM50 and above on a single receipt at any outlet in Boulevard Shopping Mall Kuching entitles one to an entry form, said a media release yesterday.
Registration is at the information counter of Boulevard Shopping Mall from 10am to 10pm from Sept 16 to Nov 12.
The preliminary round will take place on the second floor of the new wing from 2pm to 5pm on Nov 18 and 19.
Only 30 entries which meet all rules will qualify for the semi-final round to be held at the Atrium on the ground floor from 2pm to 4pm on Dec 9.
All semi-finalists automatically enter The Most Photogenic Tiny Tot Contest, and all photographs will be taken by an appointed photographer from Phil Art Photography.
Ten finalists will be selected from the semi- final round. The grand final is fixed for Dec 17 from 2pm to 4pm at the Atrium on the ground floor.
Miss Tiny Tot 2017 will walk away with gift vouchers worth RM2,000, a tiara, trophy, robe, sash, bouquet and gift, and a twoday, one-night stay in a deluxe room with buffet breakfast for two persons at Imperial Hotel.
First runner-up will be awarded a gift voucher worth RM1,500 while second runner-up, gift voucher worth RM1,000.
These winners are also to be given trophy, sash, bouquet, gift and two- day, one-night stay (deluxe room and buffet breakfast for two persons) at Imperial Hotel.
Miss Photogenic Tiny Tot 2017 will be given a gift voucher worth RM500, sash, 16R winning photograph with frame and gift and Imperial Delight buffet dinner for two persons.
Miss Talent 2017 will receive gift voucher worth RM200, gift and Imperial Delight buffet dinner for two persons.
Seven consolation prizes comprise a gift voucher worth RM300, trophy and a gift.
All semi-finalists will be given cash voucher worth RM100 and an 8R photograph with frame.
