Curtin partners Pearson VUE to set up testing facility
MIRI: Curtin University, Malaysia and Pearson VUE, the computerbased testing (CBT) business of global learning company Pearson, have set up the Curtin Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centre at the university’s campus following the signing of an agreement between the two organisations last month.
The test centre serves as a testing facility for candidates pursuing key industry certifications from leading IT programmes such as Cisco, The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), Dell EMC, Hewlett-Packard, Linux Professional Institute (LPI), Oracle and VMware.

Pearson VUE’s advanced system administers examinations on behalf of hundreds of businesses, boards and organisations around the globe through the world’s largest, most secure network of test centres.
The list of certification tests available from test sponsors through the system is growing.
Test results are quickly transmitted back, ensuring the candidate’s certification status is promptly updated.

Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centres are privately owned, third party testing facilities which provide on-site, on-demand testing for certification and professional licensure exams.
