StanChart Malaysia wins big at Benchmark Wealth Management Awards 2017

KUALA LUMPUR: Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia (Standard Chartered Malaysia) was conferred six accolades at the inaugural Benchmark Wealth Management Awards: Affluent Banking Malaysia 2017.

The bank swept the ‘Campaign of the Year’, two ‘Best-in-class’ and three ‘Outstandin­g Achiever’ awards from the Affluent Banking Product, Good Governance, and Marketing and Branding categories.

“It is an honour to be recognised by leaders in the industry for our work in supporting our affluent and mass affluent customers,” said Standard Chartered Malaysia Wealth Management managing director and head Pramod Veturi, in a press statement.

“These accolades bear testimony to the bank’s capability in delivering sound financial advice.

“Whether through providing unique insights, delivering exceptiona­l client experience­s or through a suite of innovative investment solutions, we are committed to helping our clients grow, manage and protect their wealth,” he added.

Organised by WealthAsia Media, publisher of its flagship magazine Benchmark, the awards aim to recognise financial institutio­ns that execute and implement best practices over the year.

Judged by an independen­t panel of leaders across the financial, property, technology and advisory services, the awards recognise financial institutio­ns that adopt the highest commitment to governance, client servicing initiative­s, product offerings and implementa­tion of technology.
