Inaugural Ibraco carnival kicks off today at Town Square Bintulu
KUCHING: Ibraco is holding its inaugural carnival starting today ( Nov 10) till Nov 19 at its One Stop Centre development of Town Square Bintulu, with a special appearance by famous sibling performers Nick and Stella Chung.
A host of family- oriented activities have been planned throughout the 10- day carnival, along with halal and non-halal food stalls, trade stalls and car exhibitions.
The highlight for the first weekend of the carnival will be the exotic Hawaii Beauty Pageant 2017 this evening, followed by a poster drawing contest for children aged 13-18 years on Saturday and the first round of the adult singing contest the same evening.
The second weekend of the carnival will kick off with the ‘ Little Star Talent Show’ for children aged between four to 12 years. The highlight of the second weekend is Ibraco’s inaugural 5km Night Run. Currently, some 1,500 persons have signed up for the event.
There will also a blood donation drive on Nov 19 from 10am-2pm at Town Square Plaza, Ibraco’s twostorey commercial plaza located within the three- storey shop offices of Town Square Bintulu.
The carnival will then conclude with a mini concert by Nick Chung and Stella Chung on Nov 19 at 8pm, with intermittent dance performances and magic shows in between.
