Aaron Kwok says despite pain, he carried on filming new movie
HONG KONG: In a revelation that has left fans aghast, Aaron Kwok has disclosed that despite getting injured on the set of Peace Breaker, he carried on filming.
During a promotion for the movie, Aaron said that he was injured during the filming of a fight scene with Wang Qianyuan.
The pain pierced through his bones, but he carried on. He was also injured while filming a motorcycle chase scene. After receiving treatment for the wounds, he went back to work.
For the special screening of the movie, Aaron’s wife and mother showed up.
Among those who also showed up were actor Julian Cheung and his wife Anita Yuen, and actor Lawrence Cheng and his daughter. Aaron’s wife Moka accompanied his mother into the cinema while he was being interviewed.
Aaron has also recently collaborated with Tony Leung in Theory of Ambitions. Apart from Tony, Aaron also admires the acting skills of Chow Yun-fatt.
On Tony’s skills, he said: “He is very charming. His acting has a lot of depth and layers and gives me a lot of impact. I hope I could improve too.”
When told about the pregnancy of his former girlfriend Lynn Xiong, Aaron smiled and said that he has been too busy to keep abreast of the news.
Added Aaron: “Whether in or out of showbiz, anyone with good news I would congratulate!”
