Parents, Sg Plan community lauded for turning Tadika Kami into kindy of choice
BINTULU: Tadika Kami RPR Sungai Plan’s 11th annual convocation at Dewan Kemas, RPR Sungai Plan, Kidurong here on Saturday proved a memorable and meaningful affair as it was held on the 11th day of November.
Guests and parents alike were treated to a total of 12 dance performances by the children, with principal Kenny Kong thanking parents and the Sungai Plan community for their support in turning Tadika Kami into the private kindergarten of choice in the area.
According to Kong, the settingup of Tadika Kami was to provide affordable and quality pre-school education for the local community.
“We have done the best and are continuing to strive for the best for children who enroll at our kindergarten.
“The primary school results of children who studied at Tadika Kami reflect our efforts in building a strong foundation for these children before they enter formal education,” he elaborated.
However, he stressed that parents play an equally important role in educating their children as they are ones who spend the most time with their children at home.
During the event, parent representatives Sylvia Serie Tandong and Doreen Lang also shared their experiences on how to educate children to excel in their studies. Eighteen children received their graduation certificate at the ceremony.
