Senon Residence showhouse to be launched this Friday, bookings now open

KUCHING: Lee Onn Group’s new housing project, Senon Residence, is now available for booking.

The developer will launch the showhouse, located at Batu KawaMatang Road (near Moyan), this Friday ( Nov 17).

“A two- day ( Nov 18-19) public viewing opportunity is also offered following the launch,” said the group in a recent statement.

This new residential area comprises 115 mixed units – namely 68 double-storey terraced houses, 37 single- storey terraced houses, six double- storey semidetached houses, two single-storey semi- detached houses and two link-house units.

According to Lee Onn Group, the single- storey terraced units ‘are selling like hot cakes’, with more than half of the total units taken up.

“As such, we are sending out the last call to interested buyers.”

With the objective of offering choices to buyers, Senon Residence double-storey terraced houses are designed to come as either three-room or four-room units.

Each double- storey terraced house is priced from RM368,800.

The developer will review prices after the three- day ( Nov 17-19) promotional period.

Senon Residence is located near Matang Commercial Centre and 100% Shopping Complex, with EMart Batu Kawa and Batu Kawah New Township are within a 10- minute car ride.

On top of that, there are a number of primary and secondary schools in the area, providing convenience to families with school- going children.
