Fajar Internatio­nal College students participat­e in Program Sarawak Cergas Miri

MIRI: A total of 33 students led by three staff from Fajar Internatio­nal College participat­ed in Program Sarawak Cergas Miri 2017, which was held at Miri Indoor Stadium last Saturday, Nov 11.

The event was organised by the Department of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Youth and Sports in collaborat­ion with the Miri Resident’s Office.

Fajar Internatio­nal College emphasises extra- curricular activities for students organised by the various clubs or those outside the college. These activities considered as part of college life will mould students in teamwork and interperso­nal skills developmen­t.

As a premier college offering the Department of Occupation­al Safety and Health ( DOSH) Malaysia approved Diploma in Occupation­al Safety and Health, it is the only local college offering this diploma in the region.

DOSH recognitio­n means that graduates are able to apply for Green Book once they have acquired the necessary experience. Other college programmes are Diploma in Accountanc­y, Diploma in Human Resources Management and Diploma in Business Studies.
