IJM offers promotion packages on Riverine Diamond

KUCHING: IJM Land Bhd is offering special promotions on its Riverine Diamond @ Kuching Riverine Resort development for a limited time.

IJM Land marketing manager Josephine Chong said this includes free legal fees and stamp duties for the sale and purchase agreement, management agreement, and loan agreement.

Also on offer are free 1 per cent maintenance fund; free promotion package of kitchen cabinets, air conditioners, and water heaters; building management fee waiver; and free membership to Riverine Diamond’s fitness centre.

“We also have programmes such as the IJM Land Priority Programme for all property types with minimum selling price of RM500,000 and above, only applicable for properties in the country.

“Another programme we have is the ‘ Buyer Get Buyer’ programme which is an offer of referral fees to Kuching Riverine Resort purchasers ( past, present, direct from developer or sub- sale) who introduce new sales to the developer,” she said.
