“We are advising the family members to engage counsel to file an application at the High Court seeking a court order to that effect,” he said.

It was reported yesterday that Chung’s family members wanted answers on the offence he allegedly committed.

They voiced this to the media after meeting with officials from the Consulate General of Indonesia here.

The family members claimed no post-mortem was conducted as approval had not been received from the police.

Chung had allegedly trafficked drugs and was supposedly involved in a scuffle during his attempt to escape custody when he was shot.
