Amy Wong emerges as Mitraf 16 most beautiful mama
MIRI: Amy Wong was crowned the champion of the Beautiful Mama pageant held at Permaisuri Imperial City Mall here on Nov 26.
The pageant was one of the closing events for the Miri Trade Fair 16 ( Mitraf 16).
Wong beat 15 other contestants during the grand final to grab the top spot and took home RM300 cash, True Harmony treatment voucher worth RM440, a trophy, a hamper, a tiara and sash as well as a one-night stay at Imperial Hotel.
She also won the Most Photogenic title with RM150 cash, True Harmony treatment voucher worth RM440, a trophy, Imperial Hotel meal voucher worth RM50, photo, sash and hamper.
Mary Karl emerged at the first runner-up and won RM200 cash, True Harmony treatment voucher worth RM440, a trophy, a hamper and a meal voucher at Imperial Hotel worth RM100.
The third placing went to Bebe Shee who received RM150 cash, True Harmony treatment voucher worth RM440, a trophy, a hamper and a meal voucher at Imperial Hotel worth RM50.
Meanwhile, 10 consolation prize winners, who each took home a trophy and hamper, were Ting Lea Ping, Shabin Peter, Helen Hii, Thai Dian Nie, Lee Yoon Jia, Luna Lunai, Caroline Guna, Jeluie Ubak, Philomena Simon Anyie and Cassie Mujun.
Three contestants won the Encouragement Prize from the organisers. They were Juliana Doughas, Gwendollyn Nalam and Jonny Tichan.
Held for the first time in Miri as part of Mitraf 16’s list of events, the Beautiful Mama pageant aimed to seek the most beautiful mothers. It was jointly organised by See Hua Marketing Sdn Bhd Miri, True Harmony and Imperial Hotel.
