Education exhibitions in Limbang and Miri this weekend

MIRI: Two education fairs will be held here and in Limbang this weekend to enable prospective students and parents acquire better understanding of the various tertiary institutions, curriculum environments, scholarships, accommodations, tuition fees and living expenses.

The fairs are organised by L& P Consultant Services, and will take place at Purnama Hotel in Limbang on Saturday (Dec 2) from 10.30am- 4.30pm, and Pullman Miri Waterfront on Sunday ( Dec 3) from 1pm- 6pm.

Students will be able to obtain first-hand information from the participating institutions of higher learning and on their wide range of courses. All consultation and advice from representatives of the respective institutions are free.

The participating institutions include Sunway Le Cordon Bleu, Sunway University and Sunway College, Taylor’s University and Taylor’s College, Curtin University Malaysia, Riam Institute of Technology, Swinburne University of Technology Kuching, First City University College, University of Nottingham Malaysia, University of Southampton Malaysia Campus, Help University, International Medical University, INTI International University & Colleges, SEGi College Sarawak, IACT College, Brickfields Asia College, Xiamen University Malaysia, IBS College, FAME International College, Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation, University of Reading Malaysia, Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia, LimKokWing Institute of Creative Technology, AIMST University, International Medical College, Singapore Institute of Management, University of East Anglia, UK and many others.

School leavers are encouraged to bring their forecast results and other relevant documents for enrollment to find out more about scholarships and early bird discounts from the participating institutions.

L& P Consultant Services functions as a representative of local and overseas institutions of higher learning to promote their courses and provide comprehensive and accurate advice to prospective students.

It also assists students’ application for admission to universities and colleges such as preparing the applications forms, accommodation, airport pick-up, visa and liaising with the universities on matters pertaining to their applications.

Other services offered by L& P Consultant Services include providing information regarding lifestyle, facilities, costs and courses at the respective universities.
