Pure South-CCK partnership brings NZ lamb, mutton to local meat lovers
SIBU: Pure South is teaming up with CCK Fresh Mart to introduce its range of high- quality lamb and mutton from New Zealand to local meat lovers at CCK’s 48 outlets across East Malaysia.
A press statement yesterday encouraged consumers to look for the Pure South mark in CCK stores for quality- assured lamb and mutton.
Rena Chua, regional brand manager of Alliance Asia, said they have the utmost confidence in the quality of their Pure South products.
“As a cooperative, our farmers are also our business owners, and are thus passionate about their produce. We believe that consumers will be able to taste the Pure South difference,” she said.
Rena added that Pure South is a brand under the Alliance Group, a New Zealand-based cooperative comprising more than 5,000 farmer-shareholders.
“Through more than 50 years of excellent farming practices, innovative systems, robust global connections and a continued quest for superior products, New Zealand’s unique natural environment provides the opportunity to deliver meat with maximum nutrition and flavour.

Meanwhile, general manager of CCK Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd Frederick Chua said they want to share the goodness of Pure South with the tens of thousands of customers that visit CCK’s aisles every day.
