Shell Helix Ultra holds 3-day ‘Drive On’ global brand campaign at Vivacity Megamall

KUCHING: Shell Helix Ultra fully synthetic motor oil’s new ‘ Drive On’ global brand campaign at Vivacity MegaMall Kuching from Dec 15-17 celebrates the passion and the emotions of driving through a series of stunning fi lms.

The ultimate aim of the Shell Helix Ultra ‘ Drive On’ campaign is to help drivers and workshop owners to overcome daily challenges and keep their passion for driving and business alive.

Shell Lubricants Executive Director Southeast Asia and Oceania, Troy Chapman said that it is difficult for drivers to truly understand the importance of motor oils, and even more difficult for workshops to get drivers to care.

He added that with the Shell Helix Ultra ‘ Drive On’ campaign, they are showing drivers in Malaysia just how this fully synthetic motor oil fuels the passion for driving.

“Whether it’s the roar of the engine or the freedom of the open road, Shell Helix Ultra is designed to protect car engines from the barriers that can hinder performanc­e so that drivers can have the most enjoyable journey possible,” he said through Shell Helix press statement given to reporters at the campaign venue yesterday.

The statement further revealed that the core of the global campaign is an integrated consumer and trade loyalty programme called Shell Advantage and Rewards (SHARE).

Chapman said that Malaysia was the fi rst market in the world to launch SHARE, reflecting Shell’s commitment to smoothen the ride for both consumers and trade partners.

The statement further elaborated that for motorists who purchase either a Shell Helix Ultra with PurePlus Technology, High Mileage, HX7 or HX5, a simple online registrati­on at www.shell. com.my/share opens the doors to a world of rewards with SHARE.

These include a storewide Lazada voucher for fi rst time signup with purchase, a generous buy3-free-1 offer for purchases of Shell Helix Ultra, oil change reminders and seasonal promotions.

“Those with cars below eight years old and 150,000 km on the odometer also quality for the free Shell Helix Engine Warranty (SHEW) when they service their cars with Shell Helix Ultra, high Mileage or HX7. The unique fi rstin-the-market engine warranty is now part of the SHARE programme.

To support the programme. Shell has developed a user- friendly SHARE mobile app for trade partners to help them better engage and retain customers and manage their inventorie­s.
