Best Spot launches ‘Christmas Light House’
MIRI: Property developer Best Spot Sdn Bhd launched its ‘Christmas Light House’ at The Rise double-storey terraced show house in Senadin here on Friday.
Director Simon Yong said the show house will be lit until Dec 25.
“This is the first time we’ve decorated the showhouse with Christmas lights and decorations,” he said.
Yong said during the Christmas promotion, house buyers stand a chance to win a special prize worth RM10,000.
Photographers could also win an exclusive Christmas hamper worth RM1,000 by taking a photo of the ‘Christmas Light House’ and uploading it on The Rise’s Facebook page.
The photograph with the most likes will win.
In connection with Christmas promotion, Yong said house buyers can also enjoy 0 per cent down payment.
Located near Tenby International School, Senadin, The Rise comprises 68 doublestorey terraced houses.
The walled-up area of the intermediate units starts at 2,012 sq feet, while the corner units are from 2,281 sq feet.
Each unit has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a car porch that is able to accommodate two cars.
They are priced from RM498,888 each.
