The Claypot House opens third branch

KUCHING: The Claypot House opened its third branch yesterday at MJC Batu Kawah New Township.

The family- concept eatery also has branches on the third floor of BDC Everrise and at Level 3 Vivacity Shopping Mall (opposite SugarBun).

Ful ly air- conditione­d, the eateries serve no pork and are in the process of applying for halal certificat­ion.

“We are also in the process of opening another branch at Hock Lee Centre soon,” said spokespers­on Nigel Bong.

“We also serve takeaways and food catering to cater for all sorts of customers who like our food and to expand our services.”

The restaurant serves fusion food along with refreshing hot and cold beverages at very reasonable prices.

Highly recommende­d on the menu are Lamb Gong Pao Claypot, Salted Fish Chicken Claypot, Ginger Chicken Claypot, Pakistan Lamb Curry Claypot and The Claypot House BBQ Chicken and Fried Rice.

Owner Yeo Seck Yong officiated at the opening of the new branch along with Temenggong Datuk Tan Joo Phoi, Kapitan Wong Yuk Siong, and Federation of Kuching and Samarahan Divisions Chinese Associatio­ns Sarawak welfare officer Then Shui Ted.

The new branch located at BQ106 and BQ107 MJC Batu Kawah New Township is open daily from 10am to 11pm.
