Miri’s largest furniture expo features wide range of top brands
MIRI: The Public Furniture Showroom, in cooperation with Kuka Technics Furniture, is holding what is touted as the largest furniture event here, at Miri Indoor Stadium.
Furniture hunters will be spoilt for choice at the showcase, which kicked off yesterday and will run till Jan 1, from 10am to 10pm daily.
“Visitors can choose from a wide range of living room sets, sofas, dining sets, mattresses and bedroom sets from many Italian brands such as Laviva, Veroni, Giovanni, Italia Sunno. For the mattresses, they come from brands like Goodnite, Silentnight and AuzzieSlzzp,” said Public Furniture Showroom branch manager Gregory Fam.
He also said apart from special rebates and discounts from the manufacturers, buyers would receive complimentary vouchers that could be used to purchase furniture sets – all they needed to do would be to register at the front counter.
For every purchase worth RM2,000, a customer is entitled for participation in the ongoing ‘Year-End Lucky Draw’, offering a brand new Perodua Axia as the grand prize, as well as a Laviva sofa set worth RM5,000.
In connection with the furniture expo, a ‘Share and Win’ contest is being run online, in which visitors only need to click ‘ like’ on and also ‘share’ the ‘Public Furniture Showroom’ Facebook page. The top five ‘ Facebookers’ with the most ‘likes’ will each win a Laviva blue gel pillow worth RM488.
Free del ivery service for customers residing across Sarawak can be arranged. Those who make purchases during the expo will be given gifts.
