SSF expands nationwide with latest showroom at Vivacity
KUCHING: SSF officially opened its 34th showroom at Vivacity Megamall yesterday.
The retail chain currently owns over 750,000 sq/ft of shop area in total, providing more than 30,000 unique products to fulfil market demands.
As an opening special, SSF is giving members 30 per cent storewide discount until Jan 9, 2018. Customers can sign up to be members for RM39.90 per year, with a gift worth RM39.90 given to each successful applicant.
SSF owner and CEO Wong Choong Loong in a press release issued during the grand opening, said that the market performance and current business achievement of SSF look very positive.
“We will continue to expand to better serve our customers. As our business continues to grow, we want more young talents to join us in our expansion plan,” he added.
“Our future roadmap will make us very competitive in the home furnishing industry and we believe that consumers would like what we have to offer.
“For the past 30 years, SSF has gone the extra mile to source for unique products. Our aim is simple. We want to spoil our customers with the widest range of products at the lowest price possible,” Wong said.
Established in 1987, SSF has grown from an artificial flower importer to the current large scale chain store with products ranging from furniture, home décor, household, curtains, lighting, bedding, bathroom, carpets, clocks, art printings, kitchenware, artificial flowers and plants to wedding gifts.
SSF showroom is located on the first floor of Vivacity, next to Parkson.
The opening ceremony included a lion dance performance, ribbon cutting ceremony, cake cutting ceremony and guests were treated to light refreshments.
SSF chief consultant and strategic planning director Chan Pong Long, assistant general manager Poon Wai Chee, marketing manager Nicholas Tan, area manager Josephine Loo, SSF Vivacity branch manager George Lee and Vivacity Megamall Centre Manager Jonathan Naming were at the grand opening.
