New method to join redONE Prepaid through MNP service

KUCHING: redONE Network Sdn Bhd (redONE) announces a new method to join redONE Prepaid through its Mobile Number Portability ( MNP) service.

This service which is already available for redONE Postpaid users will also be effective for redONE Prepaid users from Jan 1, 2018.

It is targeting all prepaid users who wish to switch their prepaid lines to redONE without changing their original mobile numbers.

Many prepaid users looking for better deals feel hesitant to jump ship, fearing the hassle they need to go through and the possibility of losing the mobile number used in all their daily and official businesses.

With MNP service, users need not worry as they can retain their mobile number from the previous telco by switching to redONE with ease.

The best part of this redONE Prepaid MNP port-in promotion is the free RM60 credit to be given to new users who have successfully switched their lines from other networks.

The free RM60 is to be credited into the eligible user’s account via RM5 credit per month for 12 consecutive months.

The monthly FREE credit is valid for seven days and can be used to make local domestic calls within Malaysia, video calls, send SMS, MMS, pay-peruse data, and purchase Data Top Up.

All prepaid users who MNP port-in to redONE are eligible to enjoy this MNP promotion except for those who port-in from Xpax and other Celcom MVNOs.

On a monthly basis, redONE Prepaid users will also be given FREE 500MB 4G LTE & 1GB Basic Internet data on the first of every month as long as their SIM cards are active.

Furthermore, each reload with redONE Prepaid will be complemented with FREE 4G LTE data. From only RM10, redONE Prepaid users can enjoy 1GB of 4G LTE data, valid for 10 days while RM20 reload will enable them to receive 4GB of 4G LTE data, valid for 20 days.

For reloads at RM30, RM40 or RM50 each time, users will get 9GB of 4G LTE data with 30 days validity.
