Imperial Lexis @ KLCC preview to be held in Sibu on Jan 13-14
KUCHING: Kuala Lumpur Metro Group will hold a preview of its latest development Imperial Lexis @ KLCC at RH Hotel, Sibu this weekend (Jan 13-14).
The first three buyers will enjoy special exhibition freebies.
A press release yesterday said the 53- storey development is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre.
When completed at the end of 2021, the freehold development will have 272 Sky Pool Villas and 167 Luxurious Suites, which will all be fully renovated and furnished according to 5- star hotel standards.
Right in the centre of the Zone 1 district of KLCC, Imperial Lexis is minutes away from the Petronas Twin Towers, Pavilion Shopping Mall, KLCC Park, Prince Court Medical Centre, and Royal Selangor Golf Club.
There will also be a mass rapid transit station ( Conley) linked to the Bandar Malaysia transportation hub, which will be the main station for the upcoming high speed rail to Singapore.
