AirAsia wins Best Use of Technology at 2018 Loyalty Awards

KUCHING: AirAsia has clinched the Best Use of Technology award at the 2018 Loyalty Awards held in Bangkok, Thailand last week.

The award recognises AirAsia’s Freedom Flyer Programme, powered by AirAsia BIG Loyalty, for being the first- of- its- kind membership status system aimed at making rewards easier, better and faster.

Judged by a panel of leading loyalty management specialist­s, the Loyalty Awards commend key travel industry players’ loyalty programmes that demonstrat­e strategic thinking, marketfocu­sed execution, innovation and commercial partnershi­p.

The Freedom Flyer Programme allows members to easily level up through the four membership statuses based solely on how often they fly – the more they fly with AirAsia, the more benefits and AirAsia BIG Points they can enjoy.
