Paris Levain Cafe opens fourth outlet in Miri

MIRI: Paris Levain Cafe, a bakery chain renowned for its European soft breads and cakes, opened its fourth outlet at Pusat Bandar Commercial Centre in Bandar Baru Permyjaya at the back of Permy Mall here yesterday.

Like its three other outlets in Pelita Commercial Centre, 101 Commercial Centre and Luak Bay shoplots here, it offers freshlybak­ed European bread, buns, pastries and cakes which are low in sugar and cholestero­l, and surprising­ly soft and delicious like the ones sold at Paris or other European cities.

The outlet, a fusion of bakery and cafe, provides a lounge for customers to relax while enjoying their favourite beverages and cakes.

It serves Italian coffees like cappuccino, espresso and latte at prices lower than other boutique coffee houses. One can also order teas and smoothies.

Outlet manager Sim Chee King said this new branch caters to residents living in Bandar Baru Permayjaya and its surroundin­g areas. A fifth outlet will open at Senadin Gateway Commercial Centre in Desa Senadin here coming April.

In connection with this opening today the outlet will hold a special promotion of items like ‘Light Cheese Cake’, ‘Black Beauty’ and ‘Paris Pudding’.
