Find out more about premium Australian properties at Kozin’s roadshow in Kuching

MIRI: Australian property specialist Kozin Real Estate will be holding a roadshow at Hilton Hotel in Kuching, this April 7 and 8.

The showcase, to take place at the Kenyalang Room on the hotel’s lobby level – from 11am to 6pm on both days – will be featuring the Perth and Melbourne projects, which are at various stages.

This is to provide prospective buyers the option and convenience to choose when they want to settle and how soon they want to move into or rent out their chosen properties.

According to Kozin spokesman Peter Ling, now is a critical time for buyers eyeing real- estate prospects in Perth, in that the property market there is expected to experience a boom soon after years of slowdown.

This, he said, could be attributed partially to lithium mining – a key contributing factor to the growth in the electronics market, especially related to laptop computers and smartphones.

“This heightened and ever increasing demand for lithium is fuelling the Western Australian economy.

“Buying a property now in Perth, would mean purchasing at bottom prices with maximum gains,” he added.

A wide panel of major developers will be present at the roadshow including the Frasers Property Australia (FPA) – a subsidiary of Frasers & Neave (F&N), a common household brand in South East Asia.

A few years ago, the group acquired Australand – a developer which back then, was already an industry leader – and transformed it into FPA. Property buyers can be assured of quality projects and excellent customer service from FPA.

There is also a variety of smaller developers that offer niche projects, featuring attractive perks like close proximity to Curtin University in Perth.

“Apart from the FPA, some of our larger developers also have attractive projects, such as the Melbourne Central Business District Apartments.”

On Kozin, Ling said although its focus is primarily on Perth and Melbourne, the company is also able to source properties suitable for most requirements in most locations – thanks to its wide network of developers.

Another not- to- be-missed offer available during the Kozin roadshow in Kuching will be the waiver of the four-per cent owner’s duty surcharge imposed by the Western Australian government – serving as an added bonus to those eyeing to buy properties in Perth now.
