Fatimah: BN manifesto will ensure all levels of society benefit from devt agenda

KUCHING: Minister of Welfare, Community Well Being, Women, Family and Childhood Development Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah says the state Barisan Nasional ( BN) manifesto will ensure that all levels of the society will benefit from the development agenda of the government.

She said the manifesto will benefit not only the women, but the people in general.

“If we look at the manifesto, it will not only benefit the women but the people at large in terms of education, rural transformation, quality of life, new opportunities, among others.”

“And the manifesto also will ensure continuous prosperity for the state and the people,” Fatimah pointed out, when commenting on the manfesto announced by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg at PBB headquarters here yesterday.

Fatimah, who is PBB women chief stressed that women in the state were happy to note the business opportunities given to women in the manifesto.

Abang Johari when announcing the manifesto, among others, said the state would continue to create more jobs and business opportunities for youths and women entrepreneurs through digital economy.

Fatimah pointed out that women in the state were happy to note the business opportunities given to them, which would contribute to their better wellbeing and the family.
