Lucky edge Tay Motors for 195 Trios League title
KUCHING: League leaders Lucky emerged the champion of the just concluded Tay Motors 195 & Below Trios League after they edged second placed Tay Motors 12- 8 in the Position Round match.
The team comprising Galliano Edward, Nurafidza Amran and Datin Rakiah Ali collected 369.51 Peterson points to finish 15.28 points ahead of Tay Motors.
They earned more honours when they secured the Team High Series award with 2,530 pins and Limited Legacy were second on 2,494 pins.
Limited Legacy signed off their campaign in third spot following their big win 17- 3 over Shockwave who dropped from fourth to seventh place.
They also bagged the Team High Game award with 766 pins, followed by Dynamic in second place with 744 pins.
Frenz capital ised on the situation to move up to fourth place with their 13-7 win over Dynamic while VC United also improved their position to fifth after beating Limited Bowlers 13-7.
Meanwhile, Alvin Andrew of Shockwave claimed the Individual High Game award with his score of 293 pins in the ninth week while Ladu Othman of SAFX-XM and Awang Muhd Azizul Haqeem of Limited Legacy were tied for 288 in second place.
Alvin completed a double by taking the Individual High Series ward with his score of 991 pins, followed by Ang Kean Joo of Tay Motors in second place.
