Blessed Builders to hold open day for Oxford Park Avenue
KUCHING: Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd is holding an open day today ( May 12) for its 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Scheme ( PPA1M) project Oxford Park Avenue @ 9th Mile, from 9am to 5pm.
Anybody who wants to check out the Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd open day event should go to either Open University or Taman Greenwood first and then follow the signboards placed by the organisers, which will lead them to the roadshow. Advisor Datuk Wee Song Ching said the project is located behind Open University, near Taman Greenwood in Muara Tuang.
“Anybody who wants to check out the Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd open day event should go to either Open University or Taman Greenwood first and then follow the signboards placed by the organisers, which will lead them to the roadshow.
“We have a completed unit on display at the event’s venue for anyone who wants to buy a house,” he told a press conference yesterday.
Representatives from various banks and insurance companies such as Bank Islam, Maybank, Bank Muamalat, Hong Leong Bank, UOB Bank, and Takaful will be present.
Oxford Park Avenue town houses are in a gated and guarded community known as @ 9th Mile, and units are priced starting from RM259,908.
“The prices of Oxford Park Avenue @ 9th Mile Town House by us are considered affordable because the houses at this park are of standard quality but the price is already subsidised approximately 20 per cent. Limited units are available,” said Wee.
Retired civil servants or a child of a retired civil servant can also apply for a unit.
Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd will hold another open day tomorrow ( May 13) for the public, from 9am to 5pm, where limited units will be available at special early bird’s prices.
