Blessed Builders showcases its PPA1M houses
KOTA SAMARAHAN: Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd hosted an open day to promote its 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Scheme ( PPA1M) project Oxford Park Avenue @ 9th Mile yesterday.
According to the organiser, the event was held at the project site which is located behind Open University near Taman Greenwood in Muara Tuang.
“Those who attend the open day today (yesterday) gets a chance to check out our completed units on display here. We will gladly show it to anyone who comes,” said a Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd representative.
During the event, representatives from various banks and insurance companies such as Bank Islam, Maybank, Bank Muamalat, Hong Leong Bank, UOB Bank and Takaful were also present.
Many other activities were also held during the roadshow, with a special space set up for children and door gifts also given to visitors.
Oxford Park Avenue town houses are in a gated and guarded community and units are priced starting from RM259,908.
“The prices of Oxford Park Avenue @ 9th Mile town houses by us are considered affordable because the houses at this park are of standard quality but the price is already subsidised approximately 20 per cent. Limited units are available,” said the representative.
Retired civil servants or children of retired civil servants can also apply for a unit.
