PUTRAJAYA: Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has finished giving his statement to the Malaysian Anti- Corruption Commission ( MACC) in the investigation into the SRC International Sdn Bhd’s case.

He said the MACC personnel had performed their job professionally and nicely when taking his statement on the second day at the MACC headquarters here yesterday.

“I have given my statement to the MACC from 10am to 4.30pm. I was given a 40-minute break to rest and perform the Zohor prayer. I have answered all questions to the best of my ability. The MACC had done their job professionally... and they said the statement- giving session was now completed,” he said briefly to reporters outside the MACC headquarters before leaving at 4.51pm in his signature white Toyota Vellfire.

Two days ago, the Pekan Member of Parliament came to the MACC headquarters to have his statement recorded for the first time.
