PR1MA Bintawa Riverfront Apartment stages open house of show unit this weekend
KUCHING: Those looking for prime residential properties can drop by PR1MA Bintawa Riverfront Apartment show unit, from today till Sunday – 10am to 5pm daily.
The apartment project is now at 50 per cent to 60 per cent completion stage, and is expected to be ready for occupation in January 2020.

Prices for the three- bedroom, two- bathroom units start from RM265,000 per unit.
First, second and third home buyers must be Malaysians, aged 21 and above, either single or married with minimum individual or combined monthly income of RM2,500 to be eligible.
There is zero downpayment for fi rst home buyers, and no booking fee for all.
The apartment with 1,320 units is designed and built by Hong Seng Construction ( E.M.) Sdn Bhd.
