Hash run is a great out- door activity promoting physical fitness, building friendship among hashers from various countries and fellowship amongst members.

Wong said Sarawak is ideal for ecotourism with its rich natural heritage of f lora and fauna, mountains and valleys, as well as caves and virgin tropical rainforest.

“This run also aims to cultivate love for nature, especially among the young and to preserve our natural resources for future generations to come” Wong added.

Wong said the run would begin in Tasik Biru and end at the same site. There are four trails to cater for different runners, namely 17km Survival Run ( Gold Mine Trail); 7km Medium Run, and two short runs of 3km to 5km.
